Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates @afrah_alzouba, in an interview with @France24_ar at the start of her European tour, affirms that restoring security and stability requires ending the coup, restricting arms to the hands of the state, and extending state authority over the entire national territory.

She warns against confining the Yemeni issue to its humanitarian dimension, noting that the Houthi militia has exploited successive rounds of negotiations to build up its military capabilities with Iranian support, turned Yemen into a platform for threatening its neighbors and international navigation, and expanded its cooperation with terrorist groups in the Horn of Africa – developments that demand firm international action addressing the roots of the threat and supporting the Yemeni state and its institutions.
