The General People's Congress Party.......” the Rebellion” Where's the anchor?

As always, people are not preoccupied with the substance and content of the event, but with the actors involved in the event.

Those who love Ali Saleh have decided that he was killed in his house resisting and heroic, and they insist on it for many reasons, including turning the page past at a sharp juncture that conceals its imperfections forever.

As for his opponents, they decided differently that he was killed as he fled towards his hometown of Sanhan, and they did not just brutally kill him, but to be a shameful death and to deprive him of any sympathy even for humanity, especially if Saleh often used the term "fugitive" to spite his opponents.

It is irrelevant to this controversy in itself, but rather to its connection where it lays the boat of the General People's Congress party '' the Rebellion'' moving amidst a very foggy atmosphere.

Not everyone has noticed that an event at this level does not work by spending time in search of how Saleh was killed, but why was he killed? What would ensue from the changes in the political scene? What is the fate of the General People's Congress after his departure.

So far, the departure of Saleh has been the reciprocal loss of the parties to the coup coalition, the Houthi have lost the political and popular umbrella provided by Saleh, the General People's Congress party '' the Rebellion'' lost the decisive factor for its existence and for continuing it as an active political force in the whole scene equation. The coup coalition is no longer as strong and as diverse as it was after one colour remained.

It does not appear yet that this loss to the parties to the coup d'état has been positively reflected on the other side of the equation of the scene, meaning legitimacy and resistance, in any way whatsoever.

The alliance, with its end, had to be followed by the reformulation of the scene in line with what the narrated by the popular uprising, reflecting political changes are essential to the General People's Congress, but the follow-up to events in the naked eye does not indicate that any of these terms of change have been made available, unless The General People's Congress resolves his order and attends to legality and rearranges papers with the rest of the General People's Congress under the leadership of President Hadi, in a much-delayed historical corrective step, and his future will not be far from what many Yemeni parties have been involved in dismantling and cutting them as needed.

There is no need for deliberation and consultation, but to build on the essence of the idea of "uprising" and its motives... This is the determining factor in the path report. The essence and motives of the idea must be searched, and that will determine whether it is an uprising of change or merely a reaction to self-defence.

The answer to that is by the hand of the General People's Congress party, "the Rebellion," and no one else.

كالعادة لا ينشغل الناس بجوهر الحدث ومضامينه وإنما بالأشخاص الفاعلين في هذا الحدث. الذين يحبون علي صالح قرروا أنه قتل في بيته مقاوماً وبطلاً ، وهم يصرون على ذلك لأسباب كثيرة من بينها طَي صفحة الماضي بمنعطف حاد يخفي عيوبها إلى الأبد.

أما خصومه فقد قرروا على نحو مختلف أنه قتل وهو هارب نحو بلدته سنحان ، وهم بهذا لم يكتفوا بقتله على ذلك النحو الوحشي ، وإنما لتكون موتته مخزية ولحرمانه من أي تعاطف ، حتى انساني ، لا سيما وأن صالح كثيراً ما استخدم تعبير "الفار" نكاية بخصومه لا أهمية لهذا الجدل في ذاته ، وإنما في صلته بأين سيرسو قارب المؤتمر "المنتفض " المتحرك وسط أجواء شديدة الضبابية.

لم ينتبه الجميع إلى أن حدثاً بهذا المستوى لا يجدي معه تمضية الوقت في البحث عن كيف قتل صالح ، ولكن لماذا قتل ؟ وما الذي سيترتب على هذا القتل من تبدلات في المشهد السياسي ؟ وما هو مصير المؤتمر الشعبي بعد رحيله؟

حتى الان ، شكل رحيل صالح خسارة متبادلة لطرفي تحالف الانقلاب ، فالحوثيون خسروا المظلة السياسية والشعبية التي قدمها صالح لهم ، ومؤتمر صالح خسر العامل الحاسم لوجوده ولاستمراره كقوة سياسية فاعلة في معادلة المشهد كاملاً . ولم يعد التحالف الانقلابي بتلك القوة والتنوع الذي كان عليه بعد أن بقي بلون واحد.

ولا يبدو إلى الان أن هذه الخسارة لطرفي التحالف الانقلابي قد انعكست إيجابياً على الطرف الآخر من معادلة

المشهد ، أقصد الشرعية والمقاومة ، على أي نحو كان.

إنكسار التحالف ، مع ما انتهى إليه ، كان لا بد أن يعقبه إعادة صياغة المشهد بما يتفق مع ما تحدث به الرواة عن

انتفاضة شعبية معبرة عن تبدلات سياسية جوهرية لدى المؤتمر الشعبي ، غير أن متابعة الاحداث بالعين المجردة لا تدل على أن أياً من شروط التبدل تلك قد توفرت ، فما لم يحسم المؤتمر " المنتفض" أمره ويلتحق بالشرعية ، ويعيد ترتيب أوراقه مع بقية أجنحة المؤتمر تحت قيادة الرئيس هادي ، في خطوة تصحيحية تاريخية تأجلت كثيراً، فإن ما ينتظره من مستقبل لن يكون بعيداً عما تعرضت له أحزاب يمنية كثيرة شارك هو في تفكيكها وتقطيعها حسب الحاجة.

لا يحتاج الأمر إلى مداولات ومشاورات وإنما الانطلاق من جوهر فكرة "الانتفاضة" ودوافعها ... فهذا هو العامل الحاسم في تقرير المسار .. لا بد من البحث في جوهر ودوافع الفكرة ، وهذا هو الذي سيقرر ما إذا كانت إنتفاضة للتغيير أم مجرد رد فعل للدفاع عن النفس.
