"Legitimacy", as a state codification, is a broad national political and Popular Alliance, the founder of which is the revolution of February 2011, the Gulf initiative, the outcome of the National Dialogue Conference, the United Nations resolutions, the resistance to the coup d'état and the restoration of the state.
The "legitimacy" leadership discourse must embody this broad alliance, and the partisan rhetoric of any political power within this broad alliance must be separated between the official rhetoric of the state, which must reflect the general consensus, without the official position to impose the rhythms or policies of any party, whatever the reasons or circumstances.
The discourse of any party must be made in the name of its party leaders without mixing the position of the state, because such confusion would lead to the destruction of national cohesion on overarching issues, at least leading to undesirable reactions at the present moment.
It would therefore be useful to review the impulse that had arisen in the official media of the legitimacy, which confused the party with the state and might be unintentional, but that its continuation would bring us back to the same old square that transformed the state into the partisan colour of the ruling elite, and with it the figure of the state was lost in the manner in which the identity of the country had gone missing and was pressured by the measures of the ruling political loyalty.
We will not establish a true political course unless we separate the state from partisan subordination in the form in which the personality of the State was shattered and political institutions were lost.
Political institutions can only be well-prepared with a clear position that reflects the trend towards building a recovering state, free from the pressure of the State and its institutions and based on an integrated system of factors that are independent personalities.

خطاب قيادة" الشرعية" يجب أن يجسد هذا التحالف الواسع ، ولا بد من الفصل بين الخطاب الحزبي لأي قوة سياسية منضوية في إطار هذا التحالف الواسع , وبين الخطاب الرسمي "للدولة" والذي يجب أن يعكس التوافق العام ، دون إستقواء بالمنصب الرسمي لفرض إيقاعات أو سياسات أي حزب مهما كانت الاسباب أوالظروف
الخطاب الخاص بأي حزب يجب أن يتم بإسم قياداته الحزبية دون خلط بمنصب الدولة ،لأن مثل هذا الخلط سيؤدي إلى تدمير التماسك الوطني حول القضايا الجامعة ، أقله سيؤدي إلى ردود أفعال غير مستحبة في اللحظة الراهنة . ولذلك فإنه من المفيد مراجعة هذا الاندفاع الذي ظهر في الاعلام الرسمي للشرعية والذي يخلط الحزبي بالدولة ، وقد يكون غير مقصود ، لكن إستمراره يعيدنا إلى نفس المربع القديم الذي حول الدولة إلى اللون الحزبي للنخبة الحاكمة ، ومعه ضاعت شخصية الدولة على النحو الذي فقدت معه هويتها الوطنية الجامعة بعد أن ضغطت بمقاييس الولاء السياسي الحاكم
لن نؤسس لمسار سياسي صحيح إلا إذا فصلنا الدولة عن التبعية الحزبية بالصيغة التي تهشمت معها شخصية الدولة وضاعت معها المؤسسات السياسية . لا يمكن للمؤسسات السياسية أن تستمد عافيتها إلا بموقف واضح يعكس التوجه نحو بناء دولة متعافية ومتحررة عن ضغوط تحزيب الدولة ومؤسساتها ومستندة إلى منظومة متكاملة من العوامل التي تكون شخصيتها المستقلة .
