In the name of Allah, the Merciful the Most Compassionate

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds who says (And hold firmly to (the) rope (of) Allah all together and (do) not be divided).

And peace and blessings be upon the Prophet of Mercy and Fraternity and his Family and Companions

Peace be upon the Yemeni people inside the country and abroad

Peace be upon the heroes deployed on all fronts of determination and struggle in defense of the legitimacy and sovereignty of the state and the right of the Yemeni people to build their just future and their federal unity state.

O, great Yemeni people.

Happy Unity Day, on the thirtieth anniversary of the re-declaration of Yemeni unity, and Happy and blessed Eid Al-Fitr..

May God Almighty return this anniversary to you and all the nation with goodness, and blessings.

Today, we witness the thirtieth anniversary of the establishment of the Republic of Yemen and the re-proclamation of the blessed Yemeni unity, which represented the most prominent event and the great achievement at the national and Arab levels, rather it represented a bright moment in the Arab present which is overshadowed by weakness, and division.

The announcement of unity was only the embodiment of a firm fact in the history of Yemen that refers to one people since the eternity, of one culture, identity, language, history and geography. Our Yemeni people lived as one people throughout history, even during periods of fragmentation, divisions, and conflicts, these people remained one and great and will always and forever remain under the fair federal state.

For thirty years the unity was subjected to exploitation and extortion by some and assaulted by others. Some turned unity for special interests, with selfishness, exclusion, marginalization and misuse of wealth and power, while others opposed unity, only for extorsion purposes, and claiming false heroism, driven by oneself at times and in response to external projects at others. While others saw in national unity a real threat to their narrow projects, their dynastic ideology and small projects, to divide the country practically, through the confiscation of the state, attack on cities, and bloodshed.

This deliberate distortion and mutual serving between small projects reflected negatively among citizens. Unity is essentially a concept that must create power and reinforce the solidity of society and strengthen the state’s ability to bring about prosperity, welfare and happiness rather than bring conflict, war, misery and hardships and deprivation.

Amidst this quagmire, Yemeni people are suffering the scourges of deprivation, conflicts and wars, and its national unity was exposed to risks and its social fabric was destroyed by the continuous strikes internally and externally, but our noble, genuine and struggling people kept their reality as one people, one civilization and a common history and decided in one moment to confront everyone and stand for their national cause, keep with his originality as a glorious people; born glorious from eternity and will live glorious forever.

Dear Yemeni people.

Thirty years were more than enough to correct the deviant, put the record straight, and ensure recovery of Yemen to its health. Therefore, all Yemenis hopes were rising high, when the National Dialogue Conference was held, as it is a conference that aims to correct all tracks, preserve all the gains and set the course for the next stage that secures for the Yemenis, a decent life and establishes for them the responsible state, good governance, and a loyal army for its homeland, a state that protects the people and safeguards its interest as all respectable states do in this world.

Yemenis from various categories and components met in a form that was an example for the worlds, a symbol of the Yemeni wisdom and a reflection of the Yemeni civilization that embraces the sky and dive deep in history to come out with the new federal Yemen project, however, like all correction and reform movements throughout history, people with selfish interests, self-interests, and destructive projects arise to try to thwart achievement, obstructing the march, and creating the atmosphere of war, where they thrive in its swamps.

Federal Yemen, as the major outputs of the National Dialogue Conference and a prominent sign of rationality and Yemeni wisdom, is the safe path for our great people to face all these groups whose egoism inflates at the expense of the suffering of our people, however, our people will remain loyal to great Yemen, based on justice, equality, freedom and dignity under the roof of the republican regime, national unity, freedom and democracy.

O great Yemenis:

Today we are all fighting for our country, we might stumble, fall, but we soon recollect ourselves and resist, and we will defeat together anyone who tries to harm our homeland, our culture, history, geography and the aspiration of our people, and we will not allow anyone - no matter who presumes of himself the ability, and imagined that our people are weak - to drag the country towards separation, fragmentation, chaos, violence and terrorism, whether such calls and endeavors are internal or external.

Dear Yemeni people.

We are exerting every effort to restore the state, end the coup in all its forms and rebellion in all its forms in the north and south of the country, and that is our responsibility towards our people and before God and history, and we fully understand that it is a great and difficult task, especially in light of the great challenges facing our people, there are many challenges and wide obstacles placed before the path of restoring the state, however, we are determined to fulfil our duty to preserve the country's unity, independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity, and restore the state and its institutions.

Dear Yemeni people

We have dealt positively with all peace calls and all humanitarian initiatives launched from all sides.

The Corona pandemic emerged, and the whole world collaborated to search for peace opportunities and the United Nations Secretary-General proposed a ceasefire initiative that we immediately accepted, then the UN Special Envoy proposed a ceasefire initiative and to open roads and airports, also, we dealt with t with responsibility and seriousness, and the Coalition for Legitimacy Support announced its unilateral ceasefire initiative, and we accepted it and we spare no chance for peace nor to relieve our people sufferings.

Instead of dealing responsibly with all these calls, the militias continued its attacks on all fronts in Nihm, Al-Jouf, Marib, Al-Baidha, Addalie, and Taiz, and mobilized their old allies to destabilize situation at other places and disavowed the interim agreements sponsored by the envoy and his office regarding the Hodiedah revenues that the United Nations guaranteed to cover payment of salaries and plunder and dispose of these revenues after they had obstructed Hodiedah agreement.

Just as the habit of small minds that, care less about the life of the people and their suffering, noting that their loyalty and decision are not dependent on their masters in Tehran and the southern suburb, they misunderstood our initiatives as a state of weakness rather than being a sincere expression of our moral and constitutional responsibility towards our people and their suffering.

Dear Yemeni people

I address you and through you to all the free people of the world to brief you on the truth of these militias that reject peace and insist on war and consider war as an investment project that brings the revenues, balances and private benefits.

They should realize that people always triumph and that thieves only steal from the lives of peoples some tranquility, for some time, and the peoples return to defeat their oppressors, thieves and their regional supporters. Yemen and its people are bigger and stronger than their conspiracy.

O sons of our great Yemeni people

More than seven and a half months have passed since the signing of the Riyadh Agreement, which came after a rebellion against the state, and after great national and regional efforts were made through which we aimed to bridge the rift and defuse the war so that we can agree on the future based on a partnership based on one country, to unify the effort and get together and move towards construction on one hand and complete the liberation on the other. Those efforts led by the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its wise leadership.

However, some do not want these people to settle, nor for this ship to dock to safety, so instead of praising these efforts, respecting the will of the people and appreciating the efforts of brothers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and friends in the international community, they went on the wrong path and continued the rebellion with practical measures, refusing to the agreement and repeatedly attempted to take over the state and its institutions and impede it from carrying out its tasks and preventing the implementation of the Riyadh Agreement, leading to the so-called self-administration declaration and the start of attacking the national army in more than one governorate.

All Yemenis have rejected these reckless steps, and the region and the international community have also rejected then because no one will accept these practices that seek to divide the country, usurp power and restore the cycle of violence and chaos.

Nonetheless, we are still calling for rationality and opt for peace and preserve bloodshed, and we ensure that the Riyadh agreement is still, to this moment, an available and possible option and a real way out of these incidents. All they’ve to do is to opt for the right, abandon stubbornness, and reverse the declared procedures, stop overtaking state institutions, and violating the rights of the people in Aden, Lahaj and Addalie, and stop plundering of state resources, campaigns of arbitrary arrests, targeting the army and be up to the level of responsibility. The country can no longer stand these events, and the blood is not mere water to be shed in such a way that no law, religion, or norms can approve. The humanitarian situation cannot stand more gambling, arrogance and stubbornness, and the interest of our people requires us to be rational and wise, and return to the right path.

Dear Yemeni people

We are closely following the catastrophic situation caused by the outbreak of the epidemic in all of the republic and we have formed an emergency committee to face these risks, and we have also approved the establishment of a joint committee to confront the epidemic at the national level, for the best interests of our people and to preserve public health, however, all the initiatives as I’ve aforementioned, go unheeded due to selfishness, irresponsibility and indifference.

We realize how catastrophic the situation is, and the magnitude of the challenge, and we ask all citizens to deal with all seriousness and responsibility to face the dangers of the epidemic, which could be defeated only through awareness with its risks, commitment to the instructions of concerned authorities, regarding cleanness, social distancing and other relevant advises. We’ve instructed the government to exert all efforts to combat this pandemic and we call upon everyone to facilitate the work of the competent authorities and not to hinder or politicize their efforts.

We realize that there are shortcomings that must be avoided, and challenges that must be overcome, and obstacles we seek to overcome, and we will be alongside our people with all that we can and possess and call on all our people to coalesce, unite to face disaster and danger.

The torrential catastrophes have already caused great weight on our people, especially in the interim capital Aden, where epidemics have spread due to the torrential catastrophes. We are following the government to overcome all obstacles imposed on it and to reach people in all means to provide services and confront disasters, and we will work hard to confront these challenges and risks and we will follow the ramifications closely with all capabilities we have, and we count, first and foremost, on the awareness of our people and their concern to preserve themselves and help the state institutions In carrying out her duties.

We also call on the international community, specialized organizations and donor countries to help the Yemeni people and work to overcome these risks and help the government in saving people and facing risks.

In this regard, I salute all the efforts exerted by friends, brothers, and teams that carry out their duty in these difficult circumstances, and my special thanks, praise, and appreciation to the brothers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, especially the brothers in the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre, and the Saudi Program for the Development and Reconstruction of Yemen who are patiently facing with us all these challenges and with determination, that deserves praise and gratitude and we request for more support and care.

O sons of our honorable people

Although the Eid and the anniversary come amid this political, military, security, economic, and environmental disasters, and the hazards of the pandemic, which is beyond the ability of any people and any government, we are confident that our great people can combat all this by uniting, cohesion and cooperation, and victory will be achieved in the end they achieved it on the same days of the year in 2015 in the liberating of Aden governorate whose anniversary coincides with the eternal and glorious anniversary of the proclamation of Yemeni unity.

Hence we say to all the ill-wishers and dreamers of the return of the past with its struggles, bloody, and anarchy, that our people today have grownup, and that the next generation who learned from experiences and lived through all these events and graduated from the school of cruel and painful time can no longer be deceived, and therefore our wager on our people is great, greater than all delusional and their delusions, greater than all haters and their money, and stronger than all warriors and their weapons.

O great Yemeni people

Through you, I salute our heroes on all war fronts. Our national army carries out its responsibilities and defends the gains and interests of the people that are represented in the Republic, unity, freedom, democracy and decent life, and it does so in the north and south. Our heroic army and our brave resistance will remain the fortress that stands against all those who tamper, greedy, mercenaries and cowards.

We will prevail over priesthood and underdevelopment, we will prevail over gamblers and advocates of division, and we will defeat the pandemic with awareness, social cohesion, compassion, cooperation, fraternity, and tolerance, and we will win over all of this by restoring the state, defeating the coup, and restoring state institutions to all the parts of the national soil.

We have honorable brothers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia led by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and his Crown Prince Muhammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, who embodied the true meaning of brotherhood in the darkest moments and circumstances, and they were the true advocate and true supporter and help, so we extend all thanks, appreciation and gratitude.

Mercy for the martyrs, the glorious heroes.

Healing for the wounded, injured and sick

Freedom for the captives, the detainees and the abducted.

Eternity for this great Yemeni people

السلام على أبناء الشعب اليمني داخل الوطن وخارجه

السلام على الأبطال المرابطين في كل جبهات الصمود والنضال دفاعا عن مشروعية الدولة وسيادتها وحق الشعب اليمني في بناء مستقبله العادل و دولته الاتحادية الوحدوية

أيها الشعب اليمني العظيم

كل عام وأنتم بخير، مرة بمناسبة الذكرى الثلاثين لإعادة إعلان الوحدة اليمنية ومرة ثانية بمناسبة قدوم عيد الفطر المبارك ونسأل الله العلي القدير أن تعود علينا وعليكم وعلى الأمة جميعا هذه الذكرى بالخير واليمن والبركات

اليوم تمر علينا الذكرى الثلاثين لميلاد الجمهورية اليمنية وإعادة إعلان الوحدة اليمنية المباركة، حيث كانت تمثل الحدث الأبرز والمنجز العظيم على المستوى الوطني والعربي بل مثلت نقطة مضيئة في السماء العربية الملبدة بالوهن والضعف والانقسام

لم يكن الإعلان عن الوحدة سوى تجسيد لحقيقة راسخة في التاريخ تشير إلى شعب واحد منذ الأزل ثقافة وهوية ولغة وتاريخا وجغرافيا فلقد عاش شعبنا اليمني كشعب واحد طوال فترات التاريخ حتى في فترات التشظي والانقسامات والصراعات بقي هذا الشعب واحدا وعظيما و سيبقى دائما وابدا في ظل دولته الاتحادية العادلة

ثلاثون عاما تعرضت فيها الوحدة للاستغلال من البعض وللابتزاز من البعض وللاعتداء من البعض الآخر، بعضهم حول الوحدة لمكاسب خاصة ملأها بالأنانية والإقصاء والتهميش وسوء استغلال الثروة والسلطة، والبعض الآخر صنع من الوقوف ضد الوحدة قضية للابتزاز وادعاء البطولات الزائفة مدفوعا بالذاتية حينا وبالاستجابة للمشاريع الخارجية حينا آخر، فيما رأى آخرون في الوحدة الوطنية خطرا حقيقيا على مشاريعهم الضيقة وافكارهم السلالية ومشاريعهم الصغيرة ليعلنوا عمليا تقسيم البلاد عبر مصادرتهم للدولة والهجوم على المدن واستباحة الدماء

هذا التشويه المقصود والتخادم المتبادل بين المشاريع الضيقة انعكس سلبا لدى المواطنين، فالوحدة بالأساس مفهوم يجب أن يخلق القوة ويعزز صلابة المجتمع ويقوي قدرة الدولة لتصنع الرفاء والخير والسعادة لا أن تتحول لتجلب الصراع والحرب والشقاء والبؤس والحرمان

بين هؤلاء وأولئك كان الشعب اليمني يعاني ويلات الحرمان والصراعات والحروب، وتعرضت وحدته الوطنية للمخاطر وتهشم نسيجه الاجتماعي بفعل الضربات المستمرة داخليا وخارجيا، ولكن شعبنا الكريم والأصيل والمناضل ظل محتفظا بحقيقته كشعب واحد وحضارة واحدة وتاريخ مشترك وقرر في لحظة واحدة أن يواجه الجميع وينتصر لقضيته الوطنية ويحتفظ بأصالته كشعب مجيد، ولد مجيدا منذ الأزل وسيعيش مجيدا حتى الأبد

أيها الشعب اليمني الكريم

ثلاثون عاما كانت كافية لكي نصحح المسار المنحرف ونضع النقاط على الحروف ونعيد للجسد اليمني عافيته، ولهذا تعاظم أمل اليمنيون جميعهم عندما انعقد مؤتمر الحوار الوطني، فهو مؤتمر يهدف لتصحيح المسارات كلها ويحافظ على المكتسبات جميعها ويضع العناوين الصحيحة لمرحلة قادمة تؤمن لليمنيين الحياة الكريمة وتؤسس لهم الدولة المسئولة والحكم الرشيد والجيش المخلص لوطنه، دولة تقوم بحماية الشعب وحراسة مكتسباته كما تفعل كل الدول المحترمة في هذا العالم

اجتمع اليمنيون بمختلف فئاتهم ومكوناتهم في صورة كانت مثلا للعالمين، رمزا للحكمة اليمنية وانعكاسا لحضارة اليمنيين التي تعانق السماء وتضرب في أعماق التاريخ ليخرجوا بمشروع اليمن الاتحادي الجديد، غير أنه ومثل كل محاولات الرشد عبر التاريخ، ينبري دائما أصحاب المصالح الأنانية والأهواء الذاتية والمشاريع التدميرية لمحاولة نسف الإنجاز وعرقلة المسار وخلق أجواء الحرب التي يعيشون في مستنقعاتها

إن اليمن الاتحادي، كعنوان ظاهر لمخرجات مؤتمر الحوار الوطني وعلامة بارزة على الرشد والحكمة اليمانية، هو الطريق الآمن لشعبنا العظيم أمام كل هذه الفئات التي تتضخم ذواتها على حساب معاناة شعبنا وسيظل شعبنا وفيا لليمن الكبير على أساس من العدل والمساواة والحرية والكرامة تحت سقف النظام الجمهوري والوحدة الوطنية والحرية والديموقراطية

أيها اليمنيون العظام

إننا اليوم نناضل جميعا من أجل بلدنا، نتعثر ونكبوا ونستعيد ذواتنا ونقاوم، وسنهزم جميعا كل من يحاول المساس بوطننا وبثقافتنا وتاريخنا وجغرافيتنا وطموح شعبنا، ولن نسمح لأحد - مهما ظن في نفسه القدرة وتوهم في شعبنا الضعف - من جر البلاد نحو مشاريع التقسيم والتجزئة والفوضى والعنف والإرهاب سواء كانت هذه الدعوات والمحاولات داخلية أو خارجية

أيها الشعب اليمني الكريم

إننا نبذل كل ما نستطيع من جهد لاستعادة الدولة وانهاء الانقلاب بكافة أشكاله والتمرد بكل صوره في شمال الوطن وجنوبه، وتلك مسئوليتنا أمام شعبنا وأمام الله والتاريخ، وندرك تماما أنه عمل كبير وشاق خاصة في ظل التحديات الكبيرة التي تواجه شعبنا، فهناك تحديات كثيرة وعراقيل واسعة توضع أمام مسار استعادة الدولة ولكننا مصممون على القيام بواجبنا في الحفاظ على وحدة البلاد واستقلالها وسيادة و سلامة أراضيها واستعادة الدولة ومؤسساتها

أيها الشعب اليمني الكريم

لقد تعاملنا بكل ايجابية مع كل دعوات السلام وكافة المبادرات الانسانية التي تطلق من كل الجهات

جاءت جائحة كورونا، وتداعى العالم كله للبحث عن فرص السلام وتقدم الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة بمبادرة لوقف إطلاق النار والتي اعلنا مباشرة موافقتنا عليها، ثم تقدم المبعوث الخاص بمبادرة لإعلان وقف إطلاق النار وفتح الطرقات والمطارات وتعاملنا معها بكل مسئولية وبكل جدية، وأعلن تحالف دعم الشرعية مبادرته من جانب واحد لوقف إطلاق النار، وأعلنا أننا معها ولم نترك فرصة للسلام ولا للتخفيف عن شعبنا إلا وكنا معها وسباقين اليها.

وبدلا من التعامل بمسئولية مع كل هذه الدعوات ذهبت الميليشيات تهاجم في كل الجبهات في نهم والجوف ومارب والبيضاء والضالع وتعز و اوحت لحلفائها القدامى لزعزعة الاستقرار في أماكن أخرى وتنكروا للاتفاقات المؤقتة التي رعاها المبعوث ومكتبه بخصوص ايرادات الحديدة التي ضمنتها الامم المتحدة لتغطي المرتبات ليقوموا بنهبها والتصرف فيها بعد أن كانوا قد عرقلوا اتفاق الحديدة

كما هي عادة العقول الصغيرة التي لا تأبه بحياة الشعب ومعاناته كيف لا و ولائهم وقرارهم مرتهن لأسيادهم في طهران و الضاحية الجنوبية ، فهموا كل مبادراتنا أنها حالة من الضعف بدلا من كونها حالة من التعبير الصادق عن مسئوليتنا الاخلاقية والدستورية تجاه شعبنا ومعاناته

أيها الشعب اليمني الكريم

إنني أخاطبكم ومن خلالكم لكل أحرار العالم لأضعكم أمام الصورة الحقيقة لهذه الميليشيات التي ترفض السلام وتصر على الحرب وتعتبر الحرب مشروعا استثماريا يعود عليها بالعوائد والارصدة والمنافع الخاصة

عليهم أن يدركوا أن الشعوب دائما تنتصر وأن اللصوص لا يسرقون من حياة الشعوب سوى بعض السكينة لبعض الوقت ثم تعود الشعوب لتقهر قاهريها وتهزم اللصوص و داعميهم الإقليمين، فاليمن و شعبها أكبر و اقوى من مؤامرتهم

يا أبناء شعبنا اليمني العظيم

مر حتى اللحظة ما يزيد عن سبعة أشهر ونصف منذ وقع اتفاق الرياض الذي جاء بعد تمرد على الدولة، وجاء بعد أن بذلت جهود وطنية واقليمية كبيرة هدفنا من خلالها لرأب الصدع ونزع فتيل الحرب لنتفق على المستقبل على أساس من الشراكة القائمة على الدولة الواحدة، لنجمع الجهد ونلم الشمل ونتجه نحو البناء من جهة واستكمال التحرير من جهة أخرى ، تلك الجهود التي قادتها المملكة العربية السعودية الشقيقة وقيادتها الرشيدة

غير أن هناك من لا يريد لهذا الشعب أن يستقر، ولا لهذه السفينة أن ترسوا إلى بر الأمان ، فإذا بهم بدل من تثمين الجهود و احترام ارادة الناس وتقدير جهود الأشقاء في المملكة العربية السعودية والأصدقاء في المجتمع الدولي ذهبوا في طريق الغواية وقاموا بمواصلة التمرد بممارسات عملية رافضة للاتفاق ومحاولات متكررة للسطو على الدولة ومؤسساتها وإعاقتها عن القيام بمهامها ومنع تنفيذ اتفاق الرياض وصولا إلى ما سمي بإعلان الإدارة الذاتية والبدء بمهاجمة الجيش الوطني في أكثر من محافظة

لقد رفض اليمنيون جميعا هذه الخطوات المتهورة، ورفضه الاقليم ورفضه المجتمع الدولي لأنه لن يرضى أحد بهذه الممارسات التي تسعى لتقسيم البلاد واغتصاب السلطة واستعادة دورة العنف والفوضى

إننا ما نزال ندعوا إلى الرشد ونجنح للسلام وحقن الدماء ونؤكد على أن اتفاق الرياض ما يزال حتى اللحظة خيارا متاحا وممكنا ومخرجا حقيقيا لهذه الأحداث، وإن عليهم فقط أن يجنحوا للحق وأن يتنازلوا عن العناد وأن يتراجعوا عن الإجراءات التي أعلنوها ويتوقفوا عن السطو على مؤسسات الدولة و انتهاك حقوق أبناء محافظة عدن و لحج والضالع و وقف عمليات النهب لموارد الدولة وحملات الاعتقالات التعسفية واستهداف الجيش وأن يكونوا عند مستوى الأحداث، فالبلاد لم تعد تحتمل والدماء ليست ماء حتى نستبيحها بهذه الطريقة التي لا يقرها قانون ولا دين ولا عرف والوضع الإنساني لا يحتمل المقامرة والمكابرة والعناد ، فمصلحة ابناء شعبنا تقتضي تحكيم العقل والعودة إلى جادة الصواب

أيها الشعب اليمني الكريم

إننا نتابع عن كثب الأوضاع الكارثية التي يسببها انتشار الوباء في كل الجمهورية ولقد عملنا على تشكيل لجنة طوارئ لمواجهة هذه المخاطر، وكنا قد وافقنا على تشكيل لجنة مشتركة لمواجهة الوباء على المستوى الوطني كاملًا من أجل مصالح شعبنا والحفاظ على الصحة العامة، غير أن كل المبادرات كما أسلفت لكم تذهب أدراج الرياح بفعل الأنانية واللامسئولية وعدم الاكتراث

ندرك كارثية الوضع وكبر التحدي، ونطلب من جميع المواطنين التعامل بكل جدية ومسئولية أمام مخاطر الوباء فهذا الوباء يمكن هزيمته من خلال الوعي بمخاطره والالتزام بالتعليمات التي تصدرها الجهات المختصة عبر النظافة والتباعد الاجتماعي وغيرها من النصائح التي يصدرها المختصون ، ولقد وجهنا الحكومة للقيام بكل جهدها لمواجهة الجائحة وندعو الجميع لتسهيل عمل الجهات المختصة وعدم عرقلتها او تسيسها

ندرك أن هناك تقصيرا يجب تلافيه، وتحديات يجب تخطيها، وعراقيل نسعى لتجاوزها، وسنكون بجانب أبنائنا بكل مانقدر ونملك وندعو كل أبنائنا إلى الالتحام والتوحد ورص الصفوف لمواجهة الكارثة والخطر

إن كوارث السيول قد سببت ثقلا عظيما على أبناء شعبنا وبخاصة في العاصمة المؤقتة عدن التي انتشرت فيها الأوبئة بسبب كوارث السيول ، ونحن نتابع الحكومة لتتجاوز كافة العراقيل المفروضة أمامها والوصول للناس بكافة الطرق لتقديم الخدمات ومواجهة الكوارث، وسنعمل بكل جهدنا لمواجهة هذه التحديات والمخاطر وسنتابع التداعيات أولا بأول بقدر ما نملك من امكانيات ، ونحن نراهن في المقدمة على وعي أبناء شعبنا وحرصهم على الحفاظ على أنفسهم ومساعدة مؤسسات الدولة في القيام بمهامها

كما أننا ندعوا المجتمع الدولي والمنظمات المختصة والدول المانحة لمساعدة الشعب اليمني والعمل على تجاوز هذه المخاطر ومساعدة الحكومة في انقاذ الناس ومواجهة المخاطر

وبهذا الصدد فإنني أحيي كل الجهود المبذولة من الأصدقاء والأشقاء والطواقم التي تقوم بواجبها في هذه الظروف الصعبة، وأخص بالذكر والشكر والثناء والتقدير الأشقاء في المملكة العربية السعودية ونخص الأخوة في مركز الملك سلمان و البرنامج السعودي لتنمية و اعمار اليمن الذين يخوضون معنا مواجهة كل هذه التحديات بصبر وعزيمة يستحق الإشادة والشكر والعرفان ونطلب المزيد من الدعم والاهتمام

يا أبناء شعبنا الكريم

وبالرغم من أن العيد والذكرى تأتيان وسط هذا الخضم من التحديات السياسية والعسكرية والأمنية والاقتصادية والكوارث البيئية ومخاطر الوباء، وهي فوق احتمال أي شعب وفوق قدرة أي حكومة ، إلا أننا نثق بأن شعبنا العظيم قادر على الحد من كل ذلك بالتوحد والتلاحم والتعاون، وسيصنع النصر في النهاية كما صنعه في نفس هذه الأيام من العام 2015م في عملية تحرير محافظة عدن التي تتزامن ذكراها بالعيد الخالد و المجيد لإعلان الوحدة اليمنية

ومن هنا نقول لكل المأزومين والحالمين بعودة الماضي بصراعاته ودمويته وفوضويته، إن شعبنا اليوم قد شب عن الطوق، وإن الجيل القادم الذي علمته التجارب وعايش كل هذه الأحداث وتخرج من مدرسة الزمن القاسي والمؤلم لم يعد ممكنا خداعه، ولهذا فإن رهاننا على شعبنا كبير، أكبر من كل الواهمين وأوهامهم وأعظم من كل الحاقدين وأموالهم وأقوى من كل المحاربين و أسلحتهم.

أيها الشعب اليمني العظيم

إنني من خلالكم أحيي أبطالنا في كل جبهات القتال، فجيشنا الوطني يقوم بمسئولياته ويدافع عن مكتسبات الشعب التي تتمثل في الجمهورية والوحدة والحرية والديمقراطية والعيش الكريم ، وهو يفعل ذلك شمالا وجنوبا ، وسيظل جيشنا البطل ومقاومتنا الباسلة الحصن الحصين الذي يقف لكل العابثين والطامعين والمرتزقة والجبناء بالمرصاد

سننتصر على الكهنوت والتخلف ، وسننتصر على المقامرين ودعاة التقسيم، وسننتصر على الوباء بالوعي والتلاحم الاجتماعي والتراحم والتعاون والإخاء والتسامح ،، وسننتصر على كل ذلك باستعادة الدولة وهزيمة الانقلاب واستعادة مؤسسات الدولة على كل ذرات التراب الوطني.

لدينا أخوة كرام في المملكة العربية السعودية بقيادة خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز وولي عهده الأمين محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز جسدوا معنى الأخوة في احلك الظروف و المنعطفات فكانوا نعم النصير و نعم السند ونعم العون فلهم كل الشكر والتقدير والعرفان
